SHIPPING/PLACING AN ORDER/ORDER MODIFICATIONS

How fast will my order ship?

Most orders ship out within a day minus holidays or weekends. Please be mindful during new launches that orders may ship out in 1-3 business days. For more information, click HERE.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide. Please enter your address at check out for the options and rates that are available with your country. Custom and duty charges may apply.

Can I adjust my order once it's placed?

We are not able to adjust orders once they are placed.  Please double check your personal information and items before checking out.

What should I know about your sales and product launches?

We notice a large volume of orders during sales and launches, so if you see something you love, make sure to purchase as many items do not get restocked once they sell out.

Do you have discount codes or offer sales?

Our email subscribers receive notifications of any and all upcoming discounts and sales. You can sign up at the bottom of our site to receive our newsletter and receive these updates. We also typically do 3-4 large sales a year.

Can I still get the discount after I've placed my order if I forgot to enter it at checkout?

We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please make sure to add discount codes before completing your order.

SIZING/RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CARE

Do you have a size chart?

Yes, you can access itHERE.

Do your swimsuits run true to size?

Most styles run true to size, please note that some fabrics have more or less stretch.

Do you have a retail shop?

We do not at this time, but we do offer a local try-on option for those near Nampa, ID. You can schedule an in person one-on-one try-on and purchase directly.  Schedule a try on HERE. Appointments are for a 45 minute time slot. Please plan accordingly. If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

How can I exchange my order?

Please package the unworn item with all liners and tags in place. Ship it back to us with the exchange form filled out so we can easily exchange the item. June Loop will cover exchange shipping charges of the new item back to the customer. You can initiate the exchange here.

Can I return/exchange internationally?

International returns must be approved by June Loop by contacting sales@juneloop.com within 7 days of receiving your merchandise, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

RESTOCKING

When will you restock a particular item?

 We typically do not restock items from last year’s swimwear lines. If you would like to sign up for our newsletter, we will be sending out emails with updates on restocked items. You can sign up for the newsletter on our website on the bottom right.
